What is TV Woman in Cameraman Tower Defense?
TV Woman (on-card Tv Woman) is a Mythic AoE tower with a Burning tag in Update 3. This page combines MeddysonTD gameplay frames from You NEED 2% TV WOMAN MYTHIC… (BvvGAZLRC2U) with Vaulted Values X (How To Get Every Unit…, narration only—MhtBS1AEEwo). Card numbers below are frame readouts unless labeled as creator voiceover or our arithmetic. CTD Tips has not re-run Woman Crate farms on a live account.

MeddysonTD says the burn effect feels strong but the card does not list a numeric burn percent—only the Burning label (~00:31). Vaulted Values X reports 4000 damage per second at max with splash and burning (~05:15, narration).
For how Woman Crate fits the wider roster, see the all units guide and Update 3 log.
How do you get the Woman Crate?
Vaulted Values X says the Woman Crate only drops after a win and Coins cannot open it (~04:11). MeddysonTD says Insane gives a 10% chance we receive this box as a drop (~01:31)—meaning the post-win crate roll, not a shop purchase.
The crate bonus line on the lobby vote card is the win-drop chance for that difficulty. On MeddysonTD’s capture at ~388s, the purple winged crate under each mode reads:
| Mode | Waves (same frame) | Win Coins (same frame) | Crate bonus on card |
|---|---|---|---|
| Easy | 20 | 100 | x1 2% |
| Normal | 30 | 200 | x1 4% |
| Hard | 35 | 300 | x1 6% |
| Insane | 50 | 600 | x1 10% |

Screenshot source: MeddysonTD on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BvvGAZLRC2U&t=388s).
That matches Vaulted Values X narration (2% / 4% / 6% / 10% by Easy→Insane, ~04:43) and the difficulty modes guide table sourced from other MeddysonTD shop footage. Phonix once showed Insane x1 20% on our difficulty page—treat your card as authoritative if it differs.
What is inside the Woman Crate and what are the odds?
Vaulted Values X reports one Woman Crate roll uses 78% Dark Camerawoman, 20% Speakerwoman, and 2% TV Woman (~04:43). MeddysonTD says TV Woman is about 2% (~00:00)—aligned with that split.
| Unit (Vaulted Values X narration) | Crate share | Max DPS | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dark Camerawoman | 78% | 400 | Longest range they read (40) |
| Speakerwoman | 20% | 3500 | ~11 units in one Desert Insane win they cite |
| TV Woman | 2% | 4000 | Only unit they read that burns enemies |
Our arithmetic (Insane, assuming 10% crate drop and Vaulted Values X inner odds):
| Outcome per Insane win | Combined chance | Expected wins for one pull |
|---|---|---|
| Any Woman Crate | 10% | ~10 wins |
| Dark Camerawoman | 10% × 78% = 7.8% | ~13 wins |
| Speakerwoman | 10% × 20% = 2.0% | ~50 wins |
| TV Woman | 10% × 2% = 0.2% | ~500 wins |
Formula: P(TV Woman on one Insane win) = P(crate) × P(TV Woman | crate). We used P(crate) = 0.10 from MeddysonTD’s vote card frame, not Phonix’s 20% capture.
How many Insane wins does a TV Woman take?
Vaulted Values X rounds to 500 Insane wins per TV Woman on average (~04:43) using 10% × 2%. Our arithmetic on the same assumptions:
P(at least one TV Woman within n Insane wins) = 1 − (1 − 0.002)^n
| Insane wins (n) | P(at least one TV Woman) |
|---|---|
| 100 | 18.1% |
| 250 | 39.4% |
| 347 | 50.1% |
| 500 | 63.2% |
| 1000 | 86.5% |
| 1150 | 90.0% |
(Independent-win math, not a game guarantee.)
Time cost (our arithmetic): During his Insane crate-farming streak, MeddysonTD says the first clear took 6 minutes 29 seconds (~08:01 narration). A You Won popup from that same streak at ~510s reads 06:27 on Toilet City Insane—use your own timer, not our rounding. 500 wins × 6.48 min ≈ 54 hours at the narration pace. Vaulted Values X used 10 minutes per win (~05:15)—≈ 83.3 hours for 500 wins. Vaulted Values X reports double game speed unlocks at 200 wins in their Update 3 tier-list video—narration only here; we did not time runs with it.
What if the crate never drops?
MeddysonTD says he played about eight Insane matches in a row with zero Woman Crates (~08:31 narration)—he counts four dry wins on mic before that summary, so treat eight as his estimate, not our tally. Our arithmetic: with a 10% per-win crate chance, P(zero crates in 8 wins) = 0.9^8 ≈ 43%—unlucky, not proof the rate is wrong. His You Won popup at ~510s shows Coins only—no crate icon on that reward list.

How strong is TV Woman in MeddysonTD’s Insane test?
MeddysonTD says six maxed TV Woman units cleared waves 1–49 on Insane but stalled on the final boss (~03:01–03:31 narration), and he puts that boss at roughly one million eighty thousand HP. That six-unit result is narration only; the frame below, from the same run, shows what the upgrade path looks like on screen.
A mid-run TV Woman level 4 panel shows 1000 + 1000 damage, range 15 (plus +5 on the upgrade preview), cooldown 0.5, and a $9000 upgrade button (~182s, Wave 42 on screen).

Screenshot source: MeddysonTD on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BvvGAZLRC2U&t=182s).
MeddysonTD says the route felt easier than TV Spider for him (~03:01) and smoother than Titan Cinemaman for story progression (~05:01)—creator opinions from one recording, not DPS benchmarks we ran. For mythic AoE comparisons, see Titan Cinemaman and best units.
Editorial suggestion (untested): If you already clear Insane reliably, treat Speakerwoman as the realistic Woman Crate goal and TV Woman as a long-tail mythic—unless you specifically want burn AoE and accept hundreds of win rolls.
Is TV Woman worth farming for?
Cost side: Insane pays 600 Coins on the vote card plus whatever event multipliers stack (his ~510s win totaled 1800 Coins with 2x event and 2x pass lines). Woman Crate odds do not spend Coins—you pay time and wave difficulty instead. Economy basics live on coins and economy.
Pull side: Vaulted Values X recommends Speakerwoman as the Woman Crate unit worth grinding (~05:15) because 20% crate share and strong DPS. TV Woman at 2% is closer to lottery-tier alongside gem TV Spider math—different crate, similar patience.
MeddysonTD’s closing roll: after the dry streak he switches to Scientist crates (from about 08:31) and pulls Engineer on camera around 09:05—not TV Woman. Scientist crates are a separate Robux crate, so those results say nothing about Woman Crate odds; the all units guide lists both sets of rates.
For Insane route templates (economy, Auto Skip, boss timing), pair this with how to beat Insane mode and tier list picks—community videos, not guarantees for your roster.
